Hello
Meet Sierra
Myerscough
I believe effective training is structured, intentional, and tailored to the body's natural movement patterns. As a performance coach specializing in functional strength, mobility, and rotational sports—particularly golf—I help athletes train with clarity, confidence, and long-term durability.

I come from a competitive athletic background shaped by discipline, preparation, and consistency. As a multi-sport athlete in softball, basketball, and golf, I learned early that performance isn’t about talent alone—it’s about how you prepare, adapt, and show up over time.
Competing at Mesa Community College and earning NJCAA All-American honors in golf reinforced that lesson. Those same lessons now fuel my coaching approach and guide my core principles: helping every client train with intention, consistency, and confidence, no matter their starting point.

With certifications in TPI, TRX, and FMS, and years of hands-on coaching experience, my work sits at the intersection of athletic performance and durability. I design training that accounts for mobility limitations, asymmetries, and injury history—so athletes can train confidently, reduce breakdown, and continue performing in the sports they care about.

This is not general fitness. It’s performance-driven training for athletes who value structure, consistency, and long-term results.

My Method: Science meets Movement
Every client I work with benefits from the same foundation —
movement backed by science, precision, and purpose.
These three systems shape how I train the body to
move better, perform stronger, and live fully:
Functional Movement Screen
FMS identifies imbalances and movement limitations that can lead to pain or injury.
I use these assessments to build personalized programs that restore balance, improve posture, and create long-term strength from the ground up.
TRX – Suspension Training
TRX is all about body control, core strength, and total-body stability.
Using suspension training, I teach clients how to master their own bodyweight to develop lean strength, improve balance, and build a resilient foundation.
TPI – Titleist Performance Institute
TPI bridges the connection between the body and the golf swing.
Through detailed mobility screens and performance drills, I help golfers move with power, prevent injuries, and unlock their full athletic potential.
Together, these certifications form the core of my training philosophy — blending functional movement, science, and precision to help every client move freely and perform with confidence.
